1. Services

RO Care Experts provides independent RO water purifier repair and maintenance services. We are not an "authorized" service center for any specific brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Appointments

We strive to reach all service addresses within 30-45 minutes of confirmation, subject to technician availability and traffic conditions.

3. Warranty

Our services come with a 90-day warranty on labor and genuine spare parts provided by our technicians. This warranty does not cover issues caused by external factors such as power surges or water supply quality changes.

4. Pricing

Service charges and part costs will be explained by the technician before starting work. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

5. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your water purifier system. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
