- Repair and maintenance services for all RO brands
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages
- Filter replacement and spare parts supply
- Water quality testing and consultation
- Emergency repair services
3. Service Area
Our services are available in Hyderabad and surrounding areas including but not limited to:
- Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hitech City, Kondapur
- Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Somajiguda
- Secunderabad, Begumpet, Ameerpet
- Kukatpally, Miyapur, Bachupally
- Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Uppal, Malakpet
4. Booking and Scheduling
Service Requests
- Services can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- We aim to provide same-day service for most areas
- Emergency services are available with additional charges
- Appointment confirmations will be provided via phone or SMS
Cancellation Policy
- Services can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
- Late cancellations may incur a service charge of ₹200
- No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee
5. Pricing and Payment
Service Charges
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Service charges are determined based on the type and complexity of work
- Additional charges may apply for parts, materials, or emergency services
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
- AMC payments can be made annually or in installments
- All payments must be made in full before the technician leaves
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Service Warranty
- All repair services come with a 90-day warranty on labor
- Genuine spare parts carry manufacturer warranty
- Installation services include 1-year warranty on workmanship
- AMC customers receive priority service and extended warranties
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (filters, membranes)
- Damage caused by power fluctuations or water quality issues
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your RO system and issues
- Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our technicians
- Be present or have an authorized representative during service visits
- Follow maintenance recommendations and usage guidelines
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Make timely payments for services rendered
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
